Where possible I source my tinctures from Tasmanian grown herbs, tinctured fresh within hours of harvesting. Fresh tincturing (and not dry herb tincturing) is crucial for capturing the mood-lifting properties of anti-depressant aromatic herbs like Lemon Balm and St John’s Wort.
All tinctures are 1:2 strength.

Tasmanian-grown fresh plant tinctures: Ashwagandha, Astragalus, Chamomile, Echinacea, Lemon Balm, Mugwort, Passionflower, Rosemary, St John’s Wort, Yarrow.

Traditional dry-herb extracted tinctures: Andrographis, Reishi, Damiana (wild-harvested in Mexico according to strict sustainability guidelines), Rhodiola (cultivated in China – NOT wild harvested which is important as Rhodiola is endangered in the wild).

Dosage ranges from 5-30 drops, 3x daily.
